They have 5 employees working in the warehouse, rushing to fill orders and none of them are paid much more than minimum wage. Absolutely no benefits of any kind are offered. No medical, no dental, no insurance of any kind, and no one will ever make over $9 an hour. Period. On the other hand, the owners of CTS live lavishly, purchase several luxury cars a year (such as an $80,000 Corvette), take many vacations, and stubbornly claim that, "We wish we could pay our employees more, but just can't". Wal-Mart may get a lot of bad press, but every employee of Wal-Mart makes a lot more than any employee of CTS plus they get benefits. It's truly sad when a full time CTS employee has to apply for food stamps.
Shipping costs are always the hated addon to any bill. Some companies even overcharge their customers on the shipping charges, and CTS Wholesale is no different. While they will openly lie to you and say things like they don't gouge on the shipping, I know this to be false. I have worked there and I know for a fact that they mark up the shipping charges to the customer on each and every order.
